1. Overview
GPT Image 2 plans include prepaid credits. Charges are typically non-refundable. We will review refund requests when no credits or generations have been consumed in the current billing cycle, or in rare edge cases (e.g., duplicate billing).
2. Eligibility
- Unused credits: Refunds may be granted if no credits or generations were used in the current cycle.
- Edge cases: Duplicate charges or clear account errors may be reviewed individually.
- Used credits: If any credits were consumed in the billing period, the purchase is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@gptimage2ai.com with subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account email, plan name, order ID, and a brief explanation.
- We typically acknowledge within 24–48 hours and confirm approval or denial after review.
4. Processing
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval (bank/card dependent).
- If a refund is denied, we will explain why and share any alternatives.
