GPT Image 2 plans include prepaid credits. Charges are typically non-refundable. We will review refund requests when no credits or generations have been consumed in the current billing cycle, or in rare edge cases (e.g., duplicate billing).

2. Eligibility

  • Unused credits: Refunds may be granted if no credits or generations were used in the current cycle.
  • Edge cases: Duplicate charges or clear account errors may be reviewed individually.
  • Used credits: If any credits were consumed in the billing period, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email, plan name, order ID, and a brief explanation.
  3. We typically acknowledge within 24–48 hours and confirm approval or denial after review.

4. Processing

  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
